Goal Settings Dashboard
We utilize a dynamic Looker dashboard that auto-updates based on responses submitted through Google Forms. The dashboard summarizes all answers, regardless of the number of contributors. It features four tables: two focused on performance goals and two on personal goals. This tool provides supervisors with valuable insights to better understand their staff and offer more effective guidance.
The dashboard is interactive, allowing users to easily choose employee or department to view goals details.
