A Responsive Way to Gauge Morale

‍Regular engagement check-ins and feedback on staff satisfaction are crucial for supervisors to stay updated on workplace dynamics and changes. To simplify this process, we use a dynamic Looker dashboard that automatically updates based on responses submitted via Google Forms. This cost-effective solution delivers real-time insights into employee sentiment, allowing organizations to address concerns and respond swiftly to shifting needs. By prioritizing employee well-being with accessible, efficient tools, companies can cultivate a positive workplace culture without the need for costly digital platforms, making it both practical and impactful.

Pulse Engagement Dashboard

This dashboard provides a summary of responses from employees who have submitted their Google Forms, with all answer points reflected in the data. First the feedback of employees of increasing their productivity and efectiveness at workis shown in form of a table. Also there are pulse metrics from employees from 1 to 5 with 5 the hihest on access to seroyrces, level of job satisfaction and ease tp approach the supervisor.Employees rank certain job features on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the highest importance and 5 the lowest. The final calculations are displayed, enabling supervisors to identify better ways to motivate their team.

The dashboard is interactive, allowing users to easily choose employee to view feedback details.

Timely feedback allows leadership to address emerging concerns before they escalate, ultimately leading to improved employee retention. When employees see that their input leads to tangible changes within the organization, they feel more valued, which in turn enhances their level of engagement and trust in the company.
