Staff satisfaction and Appreciation Dashboard

This dashboard provides a summary of responses from employees who have submitted their Google Forms, with all answer points reflected in the data. Employees rank certain job features on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the highest importance and 5 the lowest. The final calculations are displayed, enabling supervisors to identify better ways to motivate their team.

Additionally, there is a section showcasing staff suggestions, appreciation, and perceived value, rated on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest. These insights are displayed per employee, providing a clear overview of individual perceptions. This dashboard is ideal for smaller organizations with 5 to 10 employees, offering a comprehensive yet manageable tool for enhancing workplace engagement and satisfaction.

The dashboard is interactive, allowing users to easily choose employee to view feedback details.
